自分で考えてみたのですが、自信がないので添削をお願いします。
１）日本人の３人に１人が定期的に医者にかかるか、体の不調を訴えています。
　→One out of three Japanese is under the doctor regularly, or complain about health problems.

２）日本の若者のうち１０人のうち７人はまったくの無宗教だと言われる。ところがこのごろ神社やお寺は入試合格を祈願する生徒でいっぱいだ。
　→Seven out of ten young Japanese said to have no religion at all. But these days shrine and temple are pull of students praying to pass the entrance examination.

３）米は世界の人口の半分以上にとって主食であり、世界の米の９０パーセントはアジアで栽培される。アメリカ合衆国もまた大量の米を生産するが、その大部分を他の国々に輸出している。
　→Over the half of the world's population live on rice,ninety persent of the world's rice is grown in Asia. America also produces a lot of rice, but exports most of it to other countries.

ANo.1 そのままでも良いと思いますが、私なら下記のようにします。

One out of three Japanese is under the doctor or complains of health problems.

But these days shrines and temples .......

Rice is a staple food for more than half the world's population, and 90 percent of it(or rice) is produced in Asia....
